Explorer - [ik-splawr] (noun) a person who investigates unknown regions

Explorers are curious, determined, risk takers, mistake makers, creative, and successful!

With that in mind, we strive to tap into our 3 to 4 year-olds' interests and invite them to trek into the exciting world of firsthand learning, where they will see, hear, touch, smell, and taste the many subjects they will explore.  

 

In the Explorers, we continue to encourage self-awareness and independent growth.  We combine experiential learning with academic exploration through the use of learning centers. We build on the study of colors, shapes, name recognition, handwriting and the alphabet, along with math and science. Through our hands-on approach and process-over-product philosophy, the children develop socially, cognitively and emotionally.

Explorers must be potty-trained.
