Registration

During the summer months, please email your inquiries using the button below.

In December, we offer early enrollment for our current students and siblings to register and secure their placement for the following school year prior to open enrollment.

Registration Form
If you would like to enroll in our school, please print the registration forms and return them to the Director's Office. You will also need to attach a $75 check for a non-refundable registration fee.
Universal Health Record
Please print this form and have it filled out by your child's doctor before the first day of school. You must also attach your child's current immunization record to this form and return it by the end of August.
